DAILY HEMP SHAKE

**The following should be mixed to preference and consumed in morning or post workout for most benefit**
Hemp Seed :: 1 tbsp Hemp Powder :: 3 tbsp
Almond Butter :: 1 tbsp Almond Milk :: 1/2 cup
Coconut Water :: 1/2 cup Agave Syrup :: 2 tbsp
Molasses :: 1/2 tsp Cinnamon :: 1 tsp
Frozen Half/Whole Banana Cacao Nibs :: 1 tsp
Maca Powder :: 1 tsp Spinach/Kale :: Big Handful
Ice :: to taste
Directions :: Pick your combination of ingredients, place in blender, blend until smooth (approx. 1-2 minutes). Start with lots of greens, hemp powder, hemp seed, chia seed, almond milk, half frozen banana, BLEND, then add ice, some coconut milk and agave syrup, BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH AND ICY COLD, add cacao nibs at the very end and PULSE BLEND once or twice (gives a tasty crunch to the shake)

JUICING:
Fresh vegetables are an excellent way to obtain a massive source of vitamins, nutrients, and antioxidants in their raw form. Supplements can help maintain health, but are co-factors and simple elementary portions from the vegetables and fruits derived. The benefits are well known throughout the literature and I recommend investing in a juicer while implementing juicing as an adjunct to a well balanced diet.
LIMIT MEAT, DAIRY, AND SOY:
Meat is genetically altered and the processing regulations are extremely lax, therefore the tissue that you ingest may contain elements of disease. It is altered to increase the quanitity at great expense to the overall quality. "Our issues are in our tissues." Dairy contains many pathogens that our body must rid by mucus production. Great alternatives to milk are almond, coconut, or hemp milk which all contain more protein and nutrients. Fermented soy provides the probiotics that help maintain a healthy digestive system. However, soy has been linked to many health problems including but not limited to Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, depression, hypothyroid, and developmental problems. NO PROCESSED FOODS:
If it doesn't look like food then it isn't; common sense will play a huge part in your success. Rebuild and replenish your organs, bones, brain, and mind with clean fuel. This will keep your internal engine running smooth. High nutritional, low calorie foods are a great start.
FRUIT SHAKES: EAT ALL YOU WANT
Blend frozen fruits with water or coconut water and 2 tbsp of agave. Adding 3 tbsp OAT BRAN to this shake provides enough fiber to help keep one moving smooth as silk. Drink this as often as desired.
FRESH FRUITS AND VEGGIES: THE MORE, THE BETTER
No corn or white potatoes, these are simple carbs that will keep you hungry. Sweet potatoes and quinoa are superfoods that will satiate your appetite and provide a complete nutritional profile. Brown rice is great carb once you have reached your target weight. Kelp and Shirataki noodles are a great alternative to pasta, they will help satisfy your carb crave while maintaining your calorie goals.
FRESH AND FROZEN VEGGIES: EAT TIL YOUR STOMACH BURSTS
Enjoy with 1 tsp of olive or grapeseed oil and eat as often as desired.
DRINK WATER: ALL DAY, EVERY DAY
Natural tea, seltzer, water, and coconut water are always good choices. No soft drinks, no bottled/canned/boxed juices or juice like drinks, and limit coffee intake.

The following tips and guidelines are for the beautiful minds, bodies, and souls that completed the Master Cleanse. When you come off the cleanse it is important to introduce your clean food slowly. Start off day 1-2 with a homemade vegetable broth, purée, and vegetable juice. DO NOT EAT SOLID FOOD IMMEDIATELY. You have spent a lot of time taking care of your body through this cleanse, cherish that, give yourself the best re-introduction to food you can imagine. Look at recipes, make grocery lists to prepare, and get excited for the nourishing, clean fuel you will be consuming very soon. Below is a list of ideas to start off with on Day 1-3 POST CLEANSE.
